International consultant to review and contextualize modules for teachers for professional learning on effective pedagogy utilizing technology

Work Assignment

  • Submit inception report outlining the methodology, timeline, and work plan for the assignment
  • Conduct review of the existing modules to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the module
  • Based on the review findings, contextualize and draft the modules
  • Present the draft modules to MoE and UNICEF and finalize the draft modules based on feedback
  • Submit final modules and final report documenting the process, changes made, and recommendations

Deliverables

  • An inception report
  • A detailed review report identifying gaps and areas for improvement in the modules
  • Draft modules submitted
  • Final modules submitted
  • Comprehensive report summarizing the consultancy process, key findings, and recommendations for future updates

Qualifications

  • MA in Education, Curriculum Development, Instruction Design, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in teacher professional development, curriculum development, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of pedagogy and technology integration in education
  • Familiarity with the local education context, policies, and cultural dynamics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
  • Prior experience working with international organizations or government education programs is an advantage
