Scope of Work
Under the supervision of the UNFPA Assistant Country Representative and with technical guidance from the UNFPA Gender Team, the consultant will undertake the following responsibilities:
National Advocacy Workshop
- Collaborate with the Ministry of Higher Education and relevant stakeholders in planning and implementing the workshop
- Develop presentation materials and facilitate interactive sessions to ensure meaningful participation
- Prepare a comprehensive workshop report summarizing key findings and recommendations for future action
Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Design and deliver a ToT curriculum specifically tailored for university educators
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, gather participant feedback, and analyze results to inform future capacity-building activities
- Prepare a detailed training report summarizing activities, outcomes, and lessons learned
Duration & Location
The consultancy will cover 15 working days in Dili, Timor-Leste, and is expected to conclude by 30 November 2025.
Deliverables & Monitoring
- Weekly progress updates to UNFPA
- Draft deliverables for UNFPA review
- Final reports in English (and Tetum, if applicable) in editable electronic formats
