World Vision Timor-Leste, through the Timor-Leste Australia Partnership for Resilience (TLAus4Resilience), is seeking to engage a qualified and motivated National Consultant for Climate Resilience to support the coordination and implementation of climate change adaptation and resilience initiatives in Timor-Leste.
This consultant will support the National Directorate for Climate Change (NDCC) and presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Timorese professional to contribute to strengthening national climate resilience efforts through enhanced collaboration between government institutions, development partners, civil society organizations, and communities. The consultant will play a critical role in supporting policy dialogue, knowledge sharing, resource mobilization, and coordination of climate resilience programs and initiatives across sectors.
The successful candidate will work closely with the NDCC, the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, TLAus4Resilience partners, Australian Embassy, and other key stakeholders to promote evidence-based approaches and help coordinate NDDC and partner activities to address climate change impacts and build resilient communities.
