Consultant to develop Performance-Based Incentive guidelines for Community Health Volunteers

Work Assignment:

• Support the Ministry of Health to undertake a desk review on performance-based incentives for community health volunteers
• Mapping current remuneration schemes for community health volunteers
• Conduct meetings and focus group discussions with stakeholders
• Assist in designing performance-based incentive guidelines and a costed plan
• Organize workshops for review and feedback
• Support validation workshop and presentation to council directors
• Finalize the performance-based incentive guidelines

Deliverables:

• Inception report
• Mapping report and recommendations
• Report and presentation of key findings
• Draft guidelines
• Workshops report
• Validation workshop presentation and revised guidelines
• Final presentation for council directorate meetings
• Final guidelines and consultancy report

Qualifications:

• University degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Public Health, Health Promotion, Social and Behavior Change Communication or related disciplines
• Experience in developing strategy guidelines, particularly on performance-based incentives for community health volunteers
• At least 1 year's practical experience in performance-based incentive programming
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of local languages is an asset
