Under the supervision of the Chief Education, create a compendium of easily disseminated education data assets that the Ministry and partners can use in work.
Work Assignment
- Inception report with a summary of relevant documentation, approach, methodology, and details of the assets that will be developed
- Develop the drafts of the key assets: 6–8-page education data briefs, power points and a multi-media
- Finalizing the layout of the assets
- Final documents/assets
Deliverables
- Inception report

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in social sciences, international development, or related fields
- Recognized institution/researcher with proven experience in public policy, social policy, and policy analysis, public finance, and child/human rights
- At least five years of relevant experience in the development of analytical reports and policy documents related to children and adolescents
- Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, policy including experience in the consistent use of age and sex-disaggregated and gender-sensitive data), and report preparation
- Knowledge of human rights-based approach to programming
- Fluency in English
- Excellent writing skills
