Under the supervision of the Chief Education, enhance sector coordination and NESP (National Education Sector Plan) implementation by reviewing the NESP, developing an action plan and Monitoring and Evaluation (M and E) framework, and providing recommendations to improve its implementation and alignment to government targets and needs. The international consultant will work in collaboration with a national consultant who is also being identified to support this work. The international consultant is expected to guide / coordinate the overall work for the joint sector review.
WORK ASSIGNMENT:
1. Inception report with a summary of relevant documentation, approach, methodology, and work plan. (10 days)
2. Facilitation of workshops with relevant stakeholders, including the submission of documentation of the workshops. The workshop logistics and costs will be borne by Grant Agent. (20 days)
3. A draft and final report reviewing the NESP. The report must include: (20 days)
4. Draft and final strategic action plan linked to the NESP. This must: (20 days)
5. Presentation on the revised NESP with key highlights including the process. (10 days)
