Under the supervision of the Advocacy & Communication Specialist, to coordinate the production of and write a '2024 Annual Report highlights' leaflet for use in resource mobilization and advocacy.
Work Assignment
- Prepare and submit the first draft of the TLCO annual report for external audience
- Prepare and submit the second draft of the TLCO annual report for external audience
- Prepare and submit first draft of the TLCO laid out report
- Prepare and submit 2nd draft of the TLCO laid out report
- Prepare and submit the final TLCO annual report for external audience
Deliverables
- Submitted draft report
- Submitted 2nd draft for sign off on text
- Draft layout version
- Submitted 2nd draft for sign off
- Laid out final document, which includes a print ready version and a web version
Qualifications
- Master's degree in communication, journalism, international development or a related field
- 5 years progressive work experience in similar assignments, at the international level
- Excellent command of the English language with high quality oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in design layout and use of design software
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the UNICEF programmes, writing styles and brand guidelines
