Invest Timor-Leste 2026 Event Delivery Partner

About the Opportunity

PROSIVU invites proposals from suitably qualified organisations or consortia to support delivery of the Darwin to Dili Leaders' Retreat and Invest Timor-Leste Business Forum 2026.

The engagement will run from August to November 2026 in Dili and comprises three components:

• A - Development of the Invest Timor-Leste brand identity and core communications collateral, including three sectoral investment prospectuses
• B - A full-time event delivery resource embedded with PROSIVU during the planning period
• C - Event production, staffing and on-the-day delivery support for the Gala Dinner and Business Forum in October 2026

Organisations may apply individually or as a consortium. Consortium applications must nominate a single lead entity responsible for the contract and all services.

Key Capability Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Experience delivering comparable multi-day, multi-stakeholder events involving VIP protocol
• Strong brand identity, graphic design and publication design capability
• Event supplier sourcing and procurement capability in Timor-Leste
• Capacity to provide a substantially full-time planning resource and surge staffing during the event
• Strong English communication and government and private-sector stakeholder management skills

Experience with Australian Government or DFAT-funded programs, Tetum capability and experience supporting VVIP events in Timor-Leste are desirable.
