Business Capability Building Program Consultant - Invest Timor-Leste 2026

PROSIVU invites proposals from suitably qualified organisations, individuals or consortia to design and deliver a business capability building program for Timorese businesses participating in the Darwin to Dili Leaders' Retreat and Invest Timor-Leste Business Forum 2026.

Assignment Overview

The assignment will be delivered in person in Dili during September 2026 and will include:

• A one-day training workshop for approximately 35 businesses
• Follow-up coaching and mentoring for up to 25 businesses
• Preparation of concise profiles for businesses progressing to business matching

The program will help participating businesses strengthen their value propositions, pitches, business materials and readiness to engage with Australian businesses and investors.

The opportunity is open to local and international suppliers. Consortium applications are welcome but must nominate a single lead contracting entity.

Key Capability Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Relevant experience in business capability building, investment readiness or enterprise development
• Business coaching and pitching experience
• Facilitation for businesses at different levels of maturity
• Experience in Timor-Leste or the region (desirable)
• Tetum capability (desirable)
• Experience preparing businesses for trade missions or business matching (desirable)
