Project Background

Plan International Timor-Leste is implementing the project Empowering Inclusion in Supporting Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and LGBTQI+ Rights in Timor-Leste to promote dignity, equality, and inclusion for all. The project aims to strengthen the voices, participation, and protection of marginalized groups particularly persons with disabilities and LGBTQI+ individuals.

Objective

The primary objective is to produce compelling and inclusive video content that documents project interventions, captures success stories, and amplifies the voices of persons with disabilities (PwDs) and LGBTQI+ individuals in Timor-Leste.

Scope of Work

• Engage with target communities to identify and document human-interest stories
• Produce two professional, high-quality videos (5-7 minutes)
• Collaborate with project teams for content development
• Ensure accessibility through sign language, subtitles and translations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video production projects
• Experience in at least 3 similar video productions
• Proficiency in video editing
• Understanding of local context regarding PwDs and LGBTIQ+ communities

Two (2) weeks from contract signing date
