About the Project
Plan International Timor-Leste is implementing a Parenting, Nutrition, and Hygiene Education project in Aileu and Ainaro municipalities, focused on improving parenting practices, child nutrition, and gender equality. The project is in its second phase (2022-2025) and requires an end-line evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare inception report and develop data collection tools
- Conduct data collection and analysis using mixed methods approach
- Write and revise evaluation report based on feedback
- Set annual and cumulative targets for project indicators
- Present findings to stakeholders at national and local levels
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or bachelor's with relevant experience) in Social Sciences, Health, Nutrition, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in development context
- At least 3 years experience in gender-sensitive programming
- Strong experience in participatory monitoring and evaluation
- Excellent report writing skills in English
- Knowledge of Tetum or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
