IOM Timor-Leste implemented a 24-month project titled "Addressing Environmental Migration Resulting from Coastal Change in Timor-Leste" from October 2020 to October 2022. The project aimed to build the Government of Timor-Leste's capacity to address coastal communities' vulnerabilities and adaptive capacities to climate change.
An ex-post external evaluation is being conducted from August 8 to October 9, 2024 to measure the success of the project. The evaluation objectives are to:
The evaluation will cover the entire project duration and assess the OECD/DAC criteria of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, coherence, impact and sustainability.
