This role involves testing SIM cards for roaming, network connectivity, and overall performance to ensure seamless service across various regions.
Job Description:
As a Telecom Tester, you will be responsible for testing SIM cards for roaming capabilities, network connectivity, and troubleshooting any issues related to network performance. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers enjoy uninterrupted and quality telecom services, regardless of their location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test SIM cards for network connectivity and roaming functionality across multiple regions.
- Monitor network performance, including signal strength, data, and voice services.
- Document and report any issues encountered during testing, providing feedback to the operations team.
- Work closely with the operations team to resolve any connectivity or roaming issues.
- Perform regular testing on new SIM products or software updates to ensure high performance.
- Document your daily testing on google sheets

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or experience in telecommunications or IT (desirable but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
- Previous experience in testing, quality assurance, or related technical fields is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in IT, telecommunications, or network operations will be an advantage.
- Experience with SIM card testing, roaming services, or network connectivity (preferred but not required).
