Venue & Catering Services Provider for EU POWER Project Closing Workshop

World Vision Timor-Leste, with support from the European Union and consortium partners, hereby announces an open tender for venue and catering services for the End-of-Project Closing and Handover Workshop of the EU POWER Project, scheduled to take place on 27 August 2026 from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM in Dili.

Requirements

• Venue that can accommodate more than 100 participants
• Catering services: 1x Morning Snacks and 1x Lunch

Selection Criteria

• Location within 10 to 15 minutes travel distance from the WVTL office in Bidau Mota Klaran
• Provision of wider space suitable for meetings or workshops
• Availability of necessary materials and equipment for the meeting
