Tender: Provision of Motorcycle and IT Accessories

Background

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is a faith-based humanitarian and development organization committed to enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and communities. Operating in Timor-Leste since 1995, WVTL currently implements programs across Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Oecusse, Manatuto, and Ermera.

Purpose

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking to contract a reputable service provider to supply and deliver three units of new motorcycle, and accessories of Tablet Samsung Galaxy A8 for World Vision Timor-Leste to facilitate the implementation of the EU funded EARTH project implemented across Covalima, RAEOA, Manatuto, Manufahi for the period of 2025 to 2030.

Scope of Work

The successful service provider will be expected to supply:

• 3 Units of Motorcycle (detailed specifications provided)
• 7 Units of Wireless Keyboard
• 7 Units of Bluetooth Mouse

Eligibility Criteria

• Service provider must be legally registered in Timor-Leste (evident by a valid SERVE certificate)
• Service provider must have registered office in Timor-Leste
• Service Provider must have minimum three (3) years of experience
• Must have a company bank account and accept monthly credit payments
• Must be able to accept payment through bank transfer
• Must sign World Vision Child and Adult Safeguarding Behavior Protocols
