World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is pleased to announce an open tender for the supply of livestock and feed materials under the Livelihood Support for Resilient Families (LiSuRF) – DOVE Phase 3 project. This project aims to strengthen household resilience and improve food security in Covalima Municipality, specifically in Suku Fatululik and Taroman, Post Administrative Fatululik.
Scope of Supply
- Piglets (female 45 anak and uncastrated male 45 anak, 2–3 months old, 12–15 kg, vaccinated against CSF, dewormed, healthy and active)
- Chickens (hens (585 anak) 4–5 months old, ready-to-lay pullets; roosters (45 anak) 5–6 months old, sexually mature, vaccinated against ND and fowl pox)
- Chicken feed (soymeal, 50 kg bags, crude protein 48%, properly packaged) 90 sack
- Pig feed (soymeal, 50 kg bags, crude protein 48%, properly packaged) 45 sack
Important Notes
- Transport costs must be covered by the supplier. Delivery is required to Suku Fatululik and Taroman, Covalima Municipality
- All risks during delivery are the responsibility of the supplier
- Suppliers must provide a warranty for the animals for a minimum of 3 months after delivery
- Materials must strictly match the specifications provided in the tender documents

- WVTL verification of supplier premises: 27 August 2026
