Available Positions:
1. Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Manager (1 position)
The PIU Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the project at the municipal level in accordance with the project operational policies, standards, and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall technical support and oversight in planning, execution and operation of the PIU
- Screen subproject activities for land acquisition and resettlement impact
- Lead preparation of work plans including financial, capacity building, staffing and procurement
- Manage delivery of targets and outputs
- Supervise project team performance
- Ensure implementation of CPF and EGDF
- Oversee resolution of feedback and grievances
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years professional experience with International Agencies or INGOs
- Degree in International Development Studies, Community/Rural Development Studies, or Project Management
2. GIS and AUTOCAD Specialist (1 position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings and establish geodatabase systems
- Prepare project-specific design documentation
- Assist with GIS maps and analysis
- Provide training to staff on geo-database management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, surveying engineering or related field
- 10 years professional experience
- Experience in GIS and mapping solutions
3. Rural Water and Infrastructure Engineers (2 Positions)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably Master's degree in related discipline
- 10 years relevant professional experience
4. Assistant Finance Officer (1 position)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
