Medical Service Provider

About the Opportunity

World Vision Timor Leste (WVTL) invites qualified and licensed medical service providers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of medical services.

WVTL is seeking to engage a reputable provider to deliver comprehensive medical services to its staff, eligible dependents, and authorized beneficiaries, in line with national health regulations and World Vision policies. The engagement is expected to be under a contract framework with a duration of up to three (3) years, subject to performance and mutual agreement.

Scope of Services

The selected service provider will be expected to deliver, but not limited to:

• General outpatient medical consultations
• Occupational health services (pre-employment, annual check-ups, fitness to work)
• Emergency and referral services
• Specialized medical services (laboratory, radiology, and specialist consultations as applicable)
• Preventive and wellness services (health awareness, vaccinations where applicable)

Eligibility Criteria

Interested service providers must:

• Be a legally registered and licensed medical service provider in Timor-Leste
• Have qualified and certified medical professionals
• Demonstrate capacity to deliver services in Dili and provide nationwide referrals where required
• Comply with Ministry of Health regulations and professional ethical standards
• Ensure confidentiality and proper management of medical records

Submission Requirements

• Company profile
• Valid legal registration documents
• Copy of relevant licenses and certifications
• Brief description of services offered and capacity
