Background

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is a faith-based humanitarian and development organization committed to enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and communities. Operating in Timor-Leste since 1995, WVTL currently implements programs across Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Oecusse, Manatuto, and Ermera.

Purpose

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking for a supplier to provide Internet services and Internet Package to all WVTL offices (National Office and Area Program Offices) and Post Paid for key staffs.

Scope of Work

Provide internet service that is reliable, fast and value for money across multiple WVTL locations:

• Baucau (17 users)
• Bobonaro (25 users)
• Covalima (21 users)
• Oecusse (4 users)
• Aileu
• Dili

Technical Requirements

• Spec: LEO Satelite Gen 3 V4
• Connectivity Speed: Minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 30-50 Mbps
• Coverage: Ensure functionality in the Timor-Leste Area

Eligibility

• Must be legally registered in Timor-Leste
• Must have technical support in WVTL operating municipalities
• Minimum three years of experience as an Internet provider
• Must have a company bank account and accept monthly credit payments
