Expression of Interest: International Airfare Ticketing Services Provider

About the Opportunity

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) invites qualified and reputable travel agencies to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of international airfare ticketing services.

Scope of Services

The selected provider will be expected to provide:

• International airfare booking and ticketing to/from Dili, including one-way, return, and multi-city travel
• Competitive fare options and cost-effective routing recommendations
• Timely ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellation, and refund support
• 24/7 emergency and after-hours customer support
• Visa, transit, and travel requirement guidance
• Monthly/quarterly billing and travel reporting
• Dedicated account management and responsive customer service

Minimum Requirements

Interested providers should:

• Be legally registered and licensed to operate in Timor-Leste
• Have at least 3 years of experience in international airfare ticketing
• Have established relationships with multiple airlines serving Dili
• Demonstrate capacity to handle urgent and last-minute bookings
• Provide at least 3 client references
• IATA accreditation and experience with NGOs/UN agencies are preferred

Contract Period

Three (3) years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
