Background
World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) will commemorate its 30 years of service in Timor-Leste, in combination with its annual Day of Prayer. This milestone event will reflect on WVTL's journey, honour long-serving staff and partners, and renew its commitment to child well-being and community transformation.
Objective
The EO will be responsible for delivering a well-coordinated, professional, and visually engaging event experience, specifically covering:
- Stage design and installation
- LED screen setup and visual support
- High-quality sound system with technician support
- Venue decoration in line with WVTL branding and theme
- Lighting as needed for performances and video documentation
Scope of Work
Stage & Decoration- Inspection of the venue at WVTL office compound
- Design and install a stage suitable for formal speeches, video screenings, and performances
- Decorate the venue (stage backdrop, guest seating area, tents/shading if needed)
- Provide branding materials: banners, logo displays, and thematic elements
LED Screen & Technical Setup- Supply and install at least one large LED screen for video playback and live display
- Ensure compatibility with WVTL's video presentation requirements
- Provide technicians for LED operation throughout the event
Sound System- Provide a professional sound system, including microphones, speakers, and mixers
- Supply backup power or generator if needed
- Offer technical support during rehearsals and the event
