Purpose of the work:
The consultant will transform the produced documents into the digital materials that will be available on FONGTIL’s Learning platform. This material will be accessible to all FONGTIL members who have accessed its Learning Platform.
With details to develop the below materials:
- Digitalized health advocacy cycle material into audio or video format
- Digitalized health primer material into audio or video format
- Digitalized health partnership manual into audio or video format
- Digitalized FONGTIL’s relevant document into audio or video format
Scope of Work:
The scope of the consultant will:
- Collaborate closely with FONGTIL’s Rede ba Saude Timor-Leste and USAID health System Sustainability Activity team for development of digital materials.
- Produce key messages and audio or video content aligned with available documents.
- Coordinate closely with USAID Health System Sustainability Activity during on the development digital materials.
Video and its content :
- Advocacy cycle manual audio and video produced and uploaded to the learning platform.
- Health Primer manual audio and video produced and uploaded to the learning platform.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Information and Telecommunication or equivalent with the experience.
- Certificate of experience and competency in digital producing materials.
- Minimum 2 years of producing the digital materials.
- Language skills in English and Tetum
