Job Overview
UNICEF is seeking a National Inclusive Education Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant to undertake a situational analysis and develop a Systemwide Strategy to Improve Inclusive Education in Timor-Leste.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the inception report with methodology, approach, work plan, and annotated outline
- Review existing inclusive education policies and guidelines
- Support the mapping of current inclusive education interventions and services
- Draft and finalize systemic strategy and M&E framework
Deliverables
- Inception report with detailed methodology
- Review of existing inclusive education policies and guidelines
- Mapping report of current interventions and services
- Systematic strategy and M&E framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, M&E, Social Science, or related field
- Extensive experience in developing M&E frameworks and strategic action plans for inclusive education
- Experience supporting inclusive education in Timor-Leste (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting inclusive education research and stakeholder consultations
