Provide quality graphic designs and photos

 Design two guidelines (a detailed guideline/ a supplementary booklet guideline) on the

process of Community Infrastructures with the use of Adobe InDesign or Illustrator,

including layout, cover page, and image designs.

 Take professional photos of project beneficiaries during the construction process in 17

sites and community activities in the Municipality of Ermera, Bobonaro, Liquica and

RAEOA.

 Produce a 50-60 photo portfolio demonstrating the proactive actions of beneficiaries

during project construction work and community activities.

 Submit quality photos at least 5MB in JPEG files and all RAW photos.

1. Support the production of 4 videos showcasing the project results and impacts

 Produce four (4) videos to showcase project activities and achievements with the use

of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

 Develop interview videos with project beneficiaries in the Municipality of Liquica,

Bobonaro, Ermera, and RAEOA, and relevant partners.

 Insert subtitles (Tetun/English/Local language/Japanese/sign language) to video clips.

 Manage archives of videos, pictures, and design materials to make the communication

materials available anytime.

 Support the project team by assisting with communication-related work as requested.
