Offerors must submit prices for translation services from English to Tetun with the following specifications:- A. Price per word
- B. Price per page
- Submission Requirements
Please include the following in your quotations:
- Package price for printing services (listing all that is included as per the above requirements).
- Delivery costs, if applicable
- Bank wire payment availability
- All applicable taxes and surcharges
- Cancellation policies
- Payment terms
- Refund Policies if payment is required prior to the start of the event
- Quotes should be valid for sixty (60) days from the day of submission to allow adequate time for organizational approval or rescheduling of the event.
- Minimum Requirements: Fulfillment of all Technical Specifications (1 through 3) listed above
We would appreciate receiving your quotation on or before July 22, 2024, by email to [email protected]. Your quotation must be valid for at least 30 days. Timor Aid, in accordance with its financial duties and regulations as well as the considerations contained herein, will review your quotation.
