Take report for service relate if have request with service staff manage.
Solve complaint from CC relate with service staff manage
Make own basic document (start stop application) for service which staff manage
Ready to upgrade new request if have task from team leader with clearly guide and action on relate service which staff manage.
Monitor the hardware system (CPU, RAM, DISK) via Application manager, reduce it if full or critical, fix security baseline following guideline
Understand system profile, low-level design (LLD) of the service, error handling.

Bachelorโs degree computer science/ information technology
2-year experience in IT
Get-the-job-done attitude, Ready to support 24/7
Creative and open minded person
Have good discipline
Written and oral English communication ability
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of different types of databases
Knowing programming languages is a great plus
