National Standards and Quality Coordinator

About the Role

The Partnership for Inclusive Prosperity / Parseria ba Prosperidade Inklusivu (PROSIVU) Program is seeking a National Standards and Quality Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting IQTL, I.P. in coordinating all streams of work with relevant national, regional and international stakeholders and counterparts, facilitating the successful implementation of IQTL I.P.'s mandate.

PROSIVU is an Australian Government program supported by DT Global. PROSIVU is the next phase of Australia's governance support to Timor-Leste. The program will extend Australia's longstanding partnership with Timor-Leste in support of good governance and economic policy development. It is Australia's primary program for providing support to Timor-Leste's central government agencies and economic line-ministries.

Qualifications

• A post-graduate degree in a relevant area (e.g. engineering, science, economics or public policy) with strong academic performance.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

• Demonstrated understanding of quality, standardisation, and metrology systems
• Proven ability to develop and manage work plans, track deliverables, and report on progress against targets

Desirable Experience and Knowledge

• Previous working experience in areas related to national standards and quality systems
• Familiarity with international quality frameworks, such as ISO standards, WTO, and ASEAN integration processes
