The Partnership for Inclusive Prosperity / Parseria ba Prosperidade Inklusivu (PROSIVU) Program is an Australian Government program supported by DT Global. PROSIVU is the next phase of Australia's governance support to Timor-Leste. The program will extend Australia's longstanding partnership with Timor-Leste in support of good governance and economic policy development. It is Australia's primary program for providing support to Timor-Leste's central government agencies and economic line-ministries.

Position Overview

PROSIVU is seeking a Labour Mobility Direct Budget Support Coordinator to provide advice and assistance to SEFOPE in relation to the DBS, including in areas of planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.

This position is open to citizens and permanent residents of Timor-Leste.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (for example, in economics, financial management, public administration) and considerable relevant work experience, preferably coordinating complex programs of economic or other development support

Desirable Experience and Knowledge

• Experience working with donor-funded development programs
