Program Coordinator Oe-cusse

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate teamwork to implement PRADET’s work in Oe-cusse effectively.
  • Coordinate effective working relationship with partners in Oe-cusse and the National.
  • Ensure immediate and professional support to clients who come and seek Fatin Hakmatek support in Oecusse.
  • Conduct assessment, provide counseling and treatment to clients of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and abandonment.
  • Carry out professional supervision and consultation with staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff work performance.
  • Accompanying clients in the Safe Room when needed (including at night)
  • Conduct follow-up or home visit in the Oe-cusse Region as part of the continued support to clients who have been re-integrated into the family.
  • Attend cases and refer cases/clients to other organizations that have working relationships to provide more appropriate support.
  • Provide quality reports of all activities to the Program Manager and Director.
  • Maintain client data in the registration book as well as electronic/operational records.
  • To promote the work of PRADET directly to the community through the media so that the community can access services.
  • Be ready to provide and receive training.
  • Be ready to do other things if needed by PRADET.
  1. Selection Criteria

 Experiences and Qualification

  1. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience and have been assigned as a health professional, and other relevant experiences in a local or international organization.
  2. The minimum level of education is undergraduate/S1.
  3. Have advance skills in operating computers (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and others)
  4. Know how to use e-mail.
  5. Having good communication skills in English and Portuguese is a good advantage.
  6. Criminal check record document
