Introduction
Plan International is seeking an experienced external consultant with expertise in visual storytelling and video production to document the impact of its five-year program and develop IEC materials for Country Strategy launch and socialization.
Purpose
- Document and visually communicate key achievements, impact, and learnings from Plan International Timor-Leste's Country Strategy (FY2019-FY2024)
- Produce compelling visual storytelling video highlighting transformative changes
- Develop creative and culturally appropriate IEC materials
Scope of Work
Visual Storytelling: Five-Year Impact Video
- Design concept and storyline for 5-7 minute documentary-style impact video
- Conduct field visits to document testimonials and case stories
- Capture high-quality video footage and conduct interviews
- Produce final edited video with English and Tetum subtitles
Development of IEC Materials
- Design and produce brochures, factsheets, infographics, posters
- Design promotional items (pen, bag, book, handout, folder)
- Create PowerPoint templates
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding videography skills with strong portfolio
- Experience in producing international-quality documentaries
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Fluency in Tetum and English
- Strong understanding of safeguarding principles
