Plan International is seeking proposals from local CSOs in Timor-Leste to implement activities under the "Free to be Yourself" initiative, focused on empowering vulnerable children, particularly those with disabilities and LGBTQI+ youth.

Thematic Areas
- Thematic Area 1: Inclusive Education and Communication (EUR 60,000 / 12 months)
- Thematic Area 2: Child Protection and Referral Support (EUR 45,000 / 10 months)
- Thematic Area 3: Family Engagement and Dialogue (EUR 40,000 / 8 months)
- Thematic Area 4: Youth Participation and Advocacy (EUR 50,000 / 12 months)
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be locally registered organizations in Timor-Leste
- Minimum 2 years operational experience with at least 2 staff
- Must have governance structure and transparent financial systems
- Sub-granting not permitted
Location
Activities will be implemented in 12 villages and 16 schools across Baucau, Díli, Ermera and Manufahi municipalities.
