Background

The Australia Timor-Leste Partnership for Human Development (PHD) is a 10-year program (2016-2026) funded by the Government of Australia and implemented by Abt Global. PHD focuses on strengthening government systems to support Timor-Leste to deliver higher quality primary healthcare and basic education and to advance disability inclusion and gender equality.

The Assignment

As part of the standard annual audit process, for FY2025-26 (period end 31 December 2025), PHD is looking to facilitate and engage the external audit services for five (5) Grant Partners.
