Communications Service Provider (Photography, Videography, Design)

Background

PHD is a ten-year Australian Government facility (July 2016 - May 2026) and its overall strategy and implementation approaches are informed by the PHD Guiding Strategy, developed by DFAT in 2019, which highlights the importance of working to strengthen government systems to deliver essential services, with a focus on improving the quality and inclusiveness of primary health care, basic education, and social protection services.

• Writing, editing and proofreading
• Illustration/drawing
• Document formatting and preparation for publication
• Strategic communications support

PHD is seeking to engage a pool of technicians to undertake Works on an "as needed basis", with materials (script, story board, branding, instructions, original files etc) provided by PHD and based on scoping and resourcing mutually agreed with the Contractor(s).

Required Documents

• Tax Indication Number (TIN), for individuals
• Personal identification
• Tax Registration Certificate for Timor-Leste or elsewhere
• Business Registration Certificate for Timor-Leste or elsewhere
• Any Certifications or licences held for Timor-Leste standards
