Oxfam in Timor-Leste (OiTL) works with communities, partners, and institutions to address poverty, inequality, and injustice, guided by feminist, equity‑based and accountability principles. To execute and deliver programmatic activities, Oxfam in Timor-Leste conducts regular workshops, meetings, training sessions, and other program-related events that require reliable venues and meal services. These activities support Oxfam's work in promoting inclusive development, reducing poverty, and strengthening community resilience. To ensure smooth implementation of these events, Oxfam requires access to well-equipped training facilities and high‑quality catering capable of accommodating different group sizes. Establishing a contract with a qualified service provider will help ensure consistency, efficiency, and professional support across all Oxfam activities.
Oxfam in Timor-Leste expects the selected service provider to deliver the following services in accordance with Oxfam's requirements:
The service provider is expected to offer suitable training venues for half‑day and full‑day sessions, with the capacity to accommodate various group sizes. Venues must be equipped with standard training facilities, including:
Provide snacks/meals as requested by Oxfam, specifically:
All meals must be fresh, hygienically prepared, and served or delivered on time.
