Assistant Training Manager

The Training unit provides technical, programmatic, and administrative support services in learning and development critical to achieving the organization's mission through the provision and delivery of cross-cutting and functional training activities that strengthen capacity across Kaebauk.

The Assistant Training Manager to assist Training Manager oversees the provision of training activities for Kaebauk focusing on the enhancement of employee skills and knowledge through tailored learning and development initiatives to branch staff in particular telling activities. The Assistant Training Manager also assesses the utility and effectiveness of current training programs and practices to sustain service relevance. Advice on evolving approaches that address organizational needs and emerging trends in business learning is central to the provision of responsive services critical to business operations.

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Assist in developing training plans and frameworks to address emerging operational needs of Kaebauk teams aligned to functional/unit objectives and wider organizational strategy.
  • Tailor training activities and modules to target identified skills and knowledge gaps within and across teams consistent with evolving business needs, ensuring practicality of delivery methods and measurability of outcomes.
  • Deliver training to branch team on branch transaction activities including the function of teller, Head Teller, Teller Supervisor and other branch team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in Tetum and English essential to communicate in writing and speaking
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or any related field.
  • Specialized experience in service delivery of training and development programs and plans.
  • 5 Years Experiences in Teller rule and have training skill.
  • 75% working in the field rotate from different branch offices.
  • Fluency in English essential to communicate in writing and speaking. Working knowledge of another language (Bahasa, Portuguese, or Tetum) is desirable.
