About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IVD Service Engineer to join our team at Greentech Worldwide Lda. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of laboratory and IVD equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Location: Dili, Timor-Leste
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IVD and laboratory equipment
- Conducting routine inspections and calibration to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Providing technical support and training to end-users and laboratory staff
- Diagnosing technical issues and performing corrective maintenance in a timely manner
- Preparing service reports and maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and spare parts
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of IVD and laboratory equipment
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel when required
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in servicing Mindray or other IVD laboratory systems
- Experience working in hospitals, laboratories, or medical equipment companies
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and calibration
- Willingness to participate in ongoing technical training and professional development
