Overview
The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries seeks a qualified Individual Consultant to prepare an Implementation Completion Report (ICR) for the Sustainable Agriculture Productivity Improvement Project (SAPIP), funded by the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP).
The consultant will work closely with the Project Management Unit (PMU) under the supervision of the Project Director and Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the Implementation Completion Report including:
- Project basic information data sheet
- Background information and development goals
- Summary of main output results for each project component
- Evaluation of project performance against objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics, Social Sciences, or development-related field
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in similar assignments
- Excellent English writing skills
- Experience in quality assurance and project completion reports
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of research methods
- Experience with World Bank/IDA or donor funding
- Ability to work with government officials and in multicultural teams
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
