Senior Project Officer-SILC (Saving and Internal Lending Communities) & GEDSI
As a member of the HAKOREN II project team, you will plan, monitor, and report on all SILC project activities in support of CRS’ work serving the poor and vulnerable. Your thorough and service-oriented approach will ensure that the project consistently applies best practices and constantly works towards improving the impact of its benefits to those we serve.
This position will be based in Baucau.
Roles and Key Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications
Required Languages – Tetun and English. Knowledge of local language (ie. Makasae, Naueti) is a plus.
Travel - Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% to field locations in Viqueque. This position is based in Baucau.

External: Other International Non-governmental organizations (INGO), local partner organizations, donors and government stakeholders.
