About project
CARE in Timor-Leste requires leasing of a warehouse space for storing the Lafaek magazines. The Terms of Reference sets out the requirements and conditions for the lease service and invites qualified suppliers to submit bids.

Objective

To engage a qualified supplier to provide a warehouse space under a lease agreement for a period of weeks to months, renewable subject to the needs and a mutual agreement.

Scope of Services

The warehouse should be located at accessible area by trucks, cranes and forklift. Meets minimum technical requirements as described in the Terms of Reference.

Criteria for Evaluation

• Compliance with technical specifications and scope of services as set in the Terms of Reference
• Condition and location of the warehouse for storing the Lafaek magazines
• Easily accessible by trucks, cranes and forklift
• Fully equipped with CCTV, fence, security guard and lockable doors
• Facilities equipped with electricity, lighting, fire extinguishers and toilet

CARE reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to accept the lowest-priced offer.

Bid Requirements

Interested Vendors should submit:

• Name and contact details
• Warehouse location and photographs
• Warehouse dimensions or storage capacity
• Rental price for three weeks and for one month
• Confirmation that 20-foot and 40-foot containers can access the warehouse
• Information on security arrangements
• Proof of ownership or authorization to rent out the property
• Information on any additional costs, if applicable
