Background
CARE in Timor-Leste is implementing the 'Covid-19 and Health Systems Strengthening Support' (CoHSiS) project, supported by Japan Social Development Fund through World Bank. The project aims to strengthen community capacities in COVID-19 preparedness and response in Viqueque and Covalima Municipalities.
Scope of Work
The auditor will be responsible for:
- Verify and analyse the Project financial statements
- Review of Statements of Expenditure and Interim Unaudited Financial Statements
- Review of designated accounts
- Audit Reports
Requirements
- Must be an audit firm based in Timor-Leste with affiliation/membership with internationally reputed audit firms
- Proven experience with similar organizations or projects
- Technical skills to complete the project
- Must submit samples of past work/products
Deliverables
- 4 original copies of the Audit Report appended to the Financial Statements
- Management letter in accordance with the scope of work
