BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE

The banking sector requires effective financial management and strategic decision-

making. The objective of this ToR is to outline the role and responsibilities of the Treasury Adviser in providing expert advice and guidance to the Treasury head of

division on treasury-related matters.

OBJECTIVE

The Treasury Adviser wil ensure the bank's financial stability, liquidity, and profitability

through strategic planning, risk management, liquidity management, asset liability management, financial market analysis, compliance, and reporting.
