Background
World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is a faith-based humanitarian and development organization committed to enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and communities. Operating in Timor-Leste since 1995, WVTL currently implements programs across Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Oecusse, Manatuto, and Ermera.
Purpose
World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking a qualified and reputable service provider to provide room and meals for 60 participants. The Workshops will conduct on 22 October 2025, for a one day.
Scope of Work
- Venue for half day at 08.30-13.00 (meeting room, Round table and chair)
- Meals for 60 participants (Morning Snack and Lunch)
- Projector and sound system
Specific Criteria
- Past experience working with WVTL
- Venue offers preferably nearby WVTL
- Ability to accommodate 70 participants
- Should have convenience access to main roads and public transportation
- Availability of necessary facilities, including sound systems, projectors, and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Flexible in payment terms
