Truck Rental Services Provider for Construction and Agriculture Materials Delivery

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is a faith-based humanitarian and development organization committed to enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and communities. Operating in Timor-Leste since 1995, WVTL currently implements programs across Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Oecusse, Manatuto, and Ermera.

Purpose

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking Rental Trucks for the delivery of 38 tons of construction and agricultural materials to Suai Covalima (WV Offices), including loading and unloading services.

Scope of Work

• Supply truck and qualified driver as specified in Purchase Order
• Truck Requirements:
  • Valid registration and insurance
  • Cargo space suitable for construction/agricultural materials (tarpaulin-covered)
• Driver Requirements:
  • Licensed with clean driving record
  • Experience in transporting heavy materials
• Ensure materials are transported and delivered in good condition
• Provide complete loading and unloading services

Eligibility Criteria

• Legal registration in Timor-Leste (valid SERVE certificate)
• Company bank account and acceptance of purchasing credit system
• Ability to accept payment through bank transfer
• Willingness to sign WV Child and Adult Safeguarding Behavior Protocols
• Ability to deliver within one week of PO signing
