Supplier - Monthly Phone Credit and Electricity Tokens

About the Opportunity

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) invites qualified and legally registered suppliers to submit proposals for the Provision of Monthly Phone Credit (voucher pulsa) and Electricity Tokens to support WVTL operations across Timor-Leste.

WVTL is seeking a reliable supplier capable of providing telecommunication and electricity token services across all major network providers, including Timor Telecom, Telemor, and Telkomcel, for staff located in Dili and WVTL Area Program locations.

Scope of Services

The selected supplier will be responsible for:

• Monthly supply of phone credit (voucher pulsa) for:
  • Timor Telecom
  • Telemor
  • Telkomcel
• Monthly supply of electricity tokens based on WVTL operational requirements
• Supply of SIM cards and internet packages upon request
• Delivery of services based on Purchase Orders issued by WVTL Procurement

Eligibility Requirements

Interested suppliers must:

• Be legally registered in Timor-Leste and possess a valid SERVE Certificate
• Operate within municipalities where WVTL has a presence, including Dili, Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Ermera, and Oecusse
• Be capable of supplying voucher phone credit and electricity tokens in the quantities requested
• Provide official invoices and receipts with company stamp and detailed cost breakdown
• Have a company bank account and be willing to accept monthly credit payment terms

Contract Duration

The successful supplier will be awarded a three (3) year contract, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
