Request for Proposal (RFP): Supply and Delivery of Vehicle

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the supply and delivery of vehicles in accordance with the requirements outlined in this solicitation document.

Selection Criteria

• Suppliers must be legally registered in Timor-Leste
• Suppliers must have an operational office in Timor-Leste
• Suppliers must possess valid business licenses
• Suppliers must comply with tax regulations
• Suppliers must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
• Suppliers must not be blacklisted or suspended
• Suppliers must have a company bank account and accept the purchase credit system
• Suppliers must be able to receive payment through bank transfer
• Suppliers must sign World Vision Child and Adult Safeguarding Behavior Protocols before or upon signing the agreement

• Company profile
• Legal documents
• Technical Proposal
• Financial Proposal
• Other relevant supporting documents
