Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across project teams
• Collaborate with communities and stakeholders to address root causes of vulnerability
• Ensure timely, quality implementation aligned with donor and organizational standards
• Strengthen partnerships with NGOs, government institutions, and local organizations
• Oversee effective M&E systems and ensure accountability to communities
• Build capacity within local partners and WVTL team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and or Master Degree in Health and Nutrition, Development Studies, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Knowledge of GEDSI, safeguarding, and community-led development approaches
• Fluent in English and Tetum (written & spoken)
