About the Role
Join our team at NPP/Roman ba Foinsa'e (Negotiate Partnership Program) — a project committed to protecting adolescents, especially the most vulnerable, from violence and empowering them to reach their full potential. We work to improve child protection and health services in Balibo.
As a Project Facilitator, you'll support field implementation, community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and contribute to data collection and reporting. This short-term position is to temporarily cover a staff member on maternity leave and ensure continuity of high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Implementation (50%)
- Assist with planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Organize trainings, meetings, and community events
- Ensure inclusive and timely delivery of project activities
- Promote gender equality and child protection
B. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
- Build relationships with local communities and institutions
- Foster collaboration with faith groups, NGOs, and government bodies
C. Monitoring & Evaluation (10%)
- Support data collection and reporting with M&E teams
- Maintain proper documentation of activities and learning
D. Technical Quality Assurance (10%)
- Ensure technical accuracy in all project activities
- Work closely with specialists to enhance project quality
E. Other Responsibilities (10%)
- Participate in team devotionals, support field visits, and assist in emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in community-based projects and facilitation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural, faith-based contexts
- Commitment to child protection and inclusive development
