World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is a faith-based humanitarian and development organization committed to improving the well-being of children, youth, and communities. Operating in Timor-Leste since 1995, WVTL currently implements programs across Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Oecusse, Manatuto, and Ermera.
WVTL focuses on key development sectors including health and nutrition, agriculture and economic empowerment, climate change adaptation, humanitarian and emergency response, gender equality and social inclusion, child protection, and spiritual development.
The Enhanced Agroforestry for Resilient Timorese Households (EARTH) Project is funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium consisting of World Vision Australia, World Vision Timor-Leste, Fundação Carbon Offset Timor (FCOTI), NatureCo, and Farm Tree from 2025 to 2030 across Manatuto, Manufahi, Covalima, and RAEOA.
The project aims to improve food and income security and ensure sustainable and equitable benefits for women, men, youth, and vulnerable groups through a thriving climate-resilient agroforestry sector. The project is expected to directly benefit approximately 4,000 people and indirectly reach more than 23,000 individuals throughout its implementation period.
World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking qualified and experienced printing companies to provide printing services for project implementation activities. The selected supplier(s) will be requested to provide various printing materials and related services as specified in the list of material to be supply document.
