Job Purpose
Make sure National Office facilities are clean and tidy with available office supply (Kitchen and toilets). The duty is including mopping and empty trash bin. Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea and mineral water for staff and visitor. Ensuring all meeting rooms are clean and tidy to use by WVTL and partners for meeting.
Key Responsibilities
Office Cleaner
- Keep office premises and office compound clean and tidy
- Manage empty trash and garbage containers
- Keep the toilet clean and maintain a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.)
- Make sure the kitchen is always tidy and clean
- Wash all dishes, pots, pans and ensure the bench tops are clean
- Mop the kitchen floor two times a day using disinfectant
- Clean all kitchen utensils
- Clean kitchen cupboards once a week
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea to senior staff and visitors
- Go shopping as required
- Manage office garden
- Clean all staff desk and chair 2 times a week
- Clean main office including Jaco room
- Ensure all meeting rooms are provided with water gallon
- Manage kitchen supplies (Coffee, tea, sugar and cleaning product) and report to Admin Coordinator quarterly
- Daily cleaning for security post, meeting rooms (Child space room, Ramelau, Atauro and VH)
- Make sure air freshener at main office and meeting rooms are working well
Other Duties
- Assist on Humanitarian Emergency Disaster Management
- Participate and lead in World Vision Spiritual Nurture activities (devotion)
- Help/support Operation to set up the meeting if needed
Qualifications
Required Professional Experience
- 1-2 years experience working as a cleaning service
