Background
World Vision is a global relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. Inspired by our Christian values, we work with the world's most vulnerable people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. World Vision Timor-Leste began its first project in Aileu municipality in 1995 and opened its national office in Dili in 1999. Today, we are implementing projects across six municipalities: Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima Ermera, Manatuto includes RAEOA - Oecusse.
Purpose
World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking a qualified Office Furniture Company to supply Meeting Table, Filling Cabinet, Projector, Bookshelf, Office Desk, Water Dispenser, office Chair and Chair for Visitor.
Scope of Work
- The Supplier shall supply Office Furniture, on the approved Purchase Order (PO)
- The Supplier shall deliver to WVTL in good condition
- The Suppliers who can provide a wider variety of services will be prioritized
Eligible Criteria
- The Supplier must be legally registered in Timor-Leste (evidenced by a valid SERVE certificate)
- The Supplier must have a company bank account and be willing to accept the purchasing credit system
- The Supplier must be able to accept payment through bank transfer
- The Supplier is willing to sign the World Vision Child and Adult Safeguarding Behavior Protocols
- The Supplier must be able to provide the items based on the specification as mentioned on the item list attached
- The supplier must be able to deliver the items to WVTL after the PO is signed
